Virtual Run

Registered and confirmed participants are required to participate in the VDHM 2026 (Virtual event) from the comfort of their location/vicinity using only the dedicated VDHM 2026 App. Participants can take part in the practice run using the HDOR app within the time band from 12:01, 4th October 2026 to&nbsp; 11:59 pm on 10th October 2026 and will have to complete the registered run i.e. Virtual Half Marathon/Virtual 10K/Virtual 5K, using the HDOR app within the time band from 12:01 am, 11th October 2026 to 11:59 pm on 18th October 2026 without a break. <ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Application Guidelines<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned below prior to submitting your application. Confirmation of applications received shall be subject to the entry rules mentioned hereunder.</li><li>An applicant can apply for only one of the three Virtual race categories – Virtual Half Marathon, Virtual 10K and Virtual 5K; multiple applications will entail all entries not being confirmed. Further, an applicant must apply for the event using a single email address.</li><li>An applicant shall be confirmed, subject to fulfilling conditions mentioned herein, only for the race category he/she has applied for.</li><li>Applicants can only register via online, using this <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=vdhm26&amp;eventYear=2026">registration link</a> and paying applicable entry fees basis the race category selected. No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the event promoter, Procam International Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL).</li><li>Group entries:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>Group entries shall be accepted for the Virtual Half Marathon, Virtual 10K and Virtual 5K categories of the Virtual event. There has to be a minimum of 20 individual entries to comprise a group.&nbsp;</li><li>All members of the group must fulfil the minimum age eligibility of the race category.&nbsp;</li><li>Click <a href="https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/race-categories/virtual-run/group-application">here</a> to know the process of group registrations where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees.</li><li>Click <a href="https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/race-categories/virtual-run/group-application">here</a> to know the process of group registrations where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees.</li></ol></li><li>Before submitting in your/your ward’s application (in case the participant is below the age of 18 years), please check if:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>all details marked as mandatory fields (prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form) are filled;</li><li>the requisite entry fees have been paid;</li><li>the ‘waiver’, ‘consent’ and ‘entry rules and guidelines’ have been agreed to in the application form;</li><li>the applicant meets the minimum age eligibility criteria of the race category chosen.</li><li>new users to verify their Identification.&nbsp; Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not be considered for confirmation.</li></ol></li><li>Once you successfully submit your online application, details in your online profile cannot be changed/edited by you. If you are unable to check the application status online, please contact our event helpline number +91 8527276694 or email us at <a href="mailto:vedantadelhihalfmarathon@procam.in">vedantadelhihalfmarathon@procam.in</a></li><li>Finishers of all virtual race categories will be able to download e-medal and e-certificate with their timing mentioned, from their Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon web profile (<a href="https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/">https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/</a>) latest by 30th November 2026.</li><li>Participants must choose locations for their virtual run which has adequate mobile/internet connectivity so as to enable the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App, to collect your running data - it is advisable to check the same prior to commencing your race. PIPL will not be held responsible for any discrepancy/error in participation data collected from the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App or failure to receive participation data from the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App, from the participant for any reason.&nbsp;</li><li>Participant(s) may be required to submit further proof of identity/age/activity data, as may be required by PIPL, failing which PIPL may, at its sole discretion, disqualify the said participant.</li></ol></li><li>Entry Rejection and Refund Policy<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Once applied, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained.</li><li>Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 30th November 2026. An amount of ₹ 50 will be deducted as processing charges. You will be required to provide your bank details on a link provided by the event’s registration team.&nbsp;</li><li>Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post-30th November 2026.</li></ol></li><li>Entry Deferment Policy&nbsp; In case where the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026 edition is cancelled for reasons whatsoever, your entry for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon Virtual shall be carried forward, in the same race category, to the subsequently conducted edition of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon. No additional entry fees will be charged to such participants. Further, entry fees already paid will not be refunded to the confirmed virtual participant.&nbsp;</li><li>Other Important Points<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Virtual participants are strictly prohibited from entering the official race course or the event venue on race day, 18th October 2026.</li><li>Any virtual participant identified running on the official race course or using the course/ event facility on 18th October 2026 shall be disqualified from the current and subsequent edition of the race.</li><li>Notwithstanding anything mentioned before, top-up donations, where made, will not be refunded under any circumstance of whatsoever nature.</li><li>Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned on the website&nbsp;<a href="https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/">https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/</a> prior to submitting your application.</li><li>PIPL reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon at any point in time.</li></ol></li></ol>

Entry Rules & Regulations

Participants of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026 Virtual Event will receive their physical gratification on or before 31st January 2027. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.</li></ul>Open 10K&nbsp;<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>We are reserving 250 Open 10K non-complimentary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Open 10K. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.</li></ul>Great Delhi Run (5K)&nbsp;<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>We are reserving 250 Great Delhi Run non-complimentary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Great Delhi Run. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.</li></ul>

Gratification

Group entries will be accepted for Virtual Half Marathon, Virtual 10K, and Virtual 5K race categories of virtual events. There has to be a minimum of 20 individual entries across these run categories to comprise a group.&nbsp;Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the Virtual Half Marathon, Virtual 10K, and Virtual 5K race categories.<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to email the request at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a> with the number of registrations required mentioning the group name and Virtual race categories.</li><li>Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.</li><li>On making online payment, PoC to share online payment receipt on&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a> with group/corporate details. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us on email:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a>&nbsp;</li><li>On receiving payment confirmation, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the PoC’s email address.</li><li>The VDHM 2026 registration team will email PoC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.</li><li>All members of the group/corporate need to individually register <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=vdhm26&amp;eventYear=2026">here</a> using the online codes issued by PIPL.</li><li>By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the Virtual Half Marathon, Virtual 10K, and Virtual 5K race categories.</li><li>Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=vdhm26&amp;eventYear=2026">here</a> using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the Virtual Half Marathon, Virtual 10K, and Virtual 5K race categories at the VDHM 2026 vertical event edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.</li><li>Unused online codes cannot be returned or cancelled.
