Group Registration Process (Group/Corporate Sponsoring Entry Fees)
Request Submission:
The Point of Contact (PoC) for the group/corporate should email a registration request to corporateregistration@procam.in, specifying the number of registrations required for each race category and mentioning the group name.
Payment Link:
Upon receiving the request, Procam will email the PoC a payment link to cover the cumulative entry fees for all team members.
Payment Confirmation:
The PoC must share the online payment receipts with group/corporate details at corporateregistration@procam.in.
Receipt Voucher:
After confirming the payment, Procam will email a receipt voucher of the registration fees to the PoC.
Unique Codes:
The VDHM registration team will email the PoC unique codes required for individual team members to register online as part of the group.
Individual Registration:
All group members must register online using the unique codes provided by Procam. Register here
Fee Waiver:
Using the code waives the applicable entry fees for team members.
Registration Guarantee:
Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry. Members must register using the codes before the registration end date or until running spaces are filled for the VDHM 2024 virtual event.
Code Validity:
Codes are valid only for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2024 and can be used as long as registrations are open. Unused codes are refundable after deducting a processing fee of INR 50, with refunds processed by 30th December 2024.
Code Usage:
Team members must use the provided codes to be part of the group. Failure to do so will exclude them from the group registration.
Mandatory Requirements:
All team members must meet the mandatory requirements for registration under the group.
Group Registration Process (Individual Team Members Paying Entry Fees)
Request Submission:
The PoC should email a registration request to corporateregistration@procam.in, specifying the number of registrations required for each race category and mentioning the group name.
Common Code:
The VDHM registration team will email the PoC a common code for team members to use during individual registration.
Individual Registration:
All group members must register online using the common code provided by Procam and pay the applicable entry fee. Register here
Registration Guarantee:
Purchasing the common code does not guarantee entry. Members must register using the code before the registration end date or until running spaces are filled for the VDHM 2024 virtual event.
