Entry Rules & Regulations
Before submitting your application for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2024 Virtual Event, please review the following information carefully:
- Single Category Application: Each applicant can apply for only one of the three Virtual race categories – Half Marathon, Open 10K, or Great Delhi Run (5 km). Multiple applications will result in all entries being disqualified. Applications must be submitted using a single email address.
- Confirmation: Applicants will be confirmed only for the race category they have applied for, upon meeting all specified conditions.
- Registration Process: Register online using the and pay the applicable entry fees based on the chosen race category. No third-party entities are authorized to collect entries on behalf of Procam International Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL).
- Group Entries: Group entries are accepted for Half Marathon, Open 10K, and Great Delhi Run categories. Groups must consist of a minimum of 20 individual entries. Click here to learn about group registration processes:
- Corporate sponsoring entry fees.
- Individual team members paying their own entry fees.
- Application Requirements: Before submission, ensure:
- All mandatory fields (marked with ‘*’) in the application form are completed.
- Required entry fees are paid.
- Waiver, consent, and entry rules and guidelines are agreed upon.
- Minimum age eligibility criteria for the chosen race category is met.
- Application Edits: Once submitted, details in your online profile cannot be changed. For corrections, email vedantadelhihalfmarathon@procam.in.
- Application Status: Check your application status on your individual profile on the event website within 7 working days of registration or by 12th October 2024, whichever is earlier. Contact +91 8527276694 or email vedantadelhihalfmarathon@procam.in for assistance.
Finishers' Gratification
Finishers of all virtual race categories will receive:
- Physical Bib
- Physical Medal (available only to virtual participants who complete their run using the VDHM race app)
- Access to VDHM Race App with exciting features
- E-Certificate
Virtual Run Guidelines
- Choose locations with adequate mobile/internet connectivity for using the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon App to record your running data.
- PIPL is not liable for discrepancies/errors in participation data or failure to receive data from the app.
- Participant(s) may be required to submit further proof of identity/age/activity data, as may be required by PIPL, failing which PIPL may, at its sole discretion, disqualify the said participant.
Entry Rejection and Refund Policy
- Once an entry is received, no requests for cancellation or refund of application fees will be entertained under any circumstances.
- If your application is rejected, the entry fee component will be refunded by 30th November 2024, deducting ₹50 as processing charges.
Entry Deferment Policy
- In case the 2024 edition is canceled, your entry for the Virtual event will carry forward to the subsequent edition in the same race category, without additional fees. Entry fees paid will not be refunded.
Other Important Points
- Top-up donations are non-refundable under any circumstance.
