Virtual Run

Registered and confirmed participants are required to participate in the VDHM 2026 (Virtual event) from the comfort of their location/vicinity using only the dedicated HDOR 2026 App. Participants can take part in the practice run using the HDOR app within the time band from 12:01, 4th October 2026 to&nbsp; 11:59 pm on 10th October 2026 and will have to complete the registered run i.e. Virtual Half Marathon/Virtual 10K/Virtual 5K, using the HDOR app within the time band from 12:01 am, 11th October 2026 to 11:59 pm on 18th October 2026 without a break. <ol><li>Application Guidelines<ol><li>Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned below prior to submitting your application. Confirmation of applications received shall be subject to the entry rules mentioned hereunder.</li><li>An applicant can apply for only one of the three Virtual race categories – Virtual Half Marathon, Virtual 10K and Virtual 5K; multiple applications will entail all entries not being confirmed. Further, an applicant must apply for the event using a single email address.</li><li>An applicant shall be confirmed, subject to fulfilling conditions mentioned herein, only for the race category he/she has applied for.</li><li>Applicants can only register via online, using this <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=vdhm26&amp;eventYear=2026">registration link</a> and paying applicable entry fees basis the race category selected. No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the event promoter, Procam International Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL).</li><li>Group entries:<ol><li>Group entries shall be accepted for the Virtual Half Marathon, Virtual 10K and Virtual 5K categories of the Virtual event. PIPL will not be held responsible for any discrepancy/error in participation data collected from the HDOR App or failure to receive participation data from the HDOR App, from the participant for any reason.&nbsp;</li><li>Participant(s) may be required to submit further proof of identity/age/activity data, as may be required by PIPL, failing which PIPL may, at its sole discretion, disqualify the said participant.</li></ol></li><li>Entry Rejection and Refund Policy<ol><li>Once applied, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained.</li><li>Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 30th November 2026. An amount of ₹ 50 will be deducted as processing charges. You will be required to provide your bank details on a link provided by the event’s registration team.&nbsp;</li><li>Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post-30th November 2026.</li></ol></li><li>Entry Deferment Policy&nbsp;&nbsp; In case where the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026 edition is cancelled for reasons whatsoever, your entry for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon Virtual shall be carried forward, in the same race category, to the subsequently conducted edition of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon. No additional entry fees will be charged to such participants. Further, entry fees already paid will not be refunded to the confirmed virtual participant.&nbsp;</li><li>Other Important Points<ol><li>Virtual participants are strictly prohibited from entering the official race course or the event venue on race day, 18th October 2026.</li><li>Any virtual participant identified running on the official race course or using the course/ event facility on 18th October 2026 shall be disqualified from the current and subsequent edition of the race.</li><li>Notwithstanding anything mentioned before, top-up donations, where made, will not be refunded under any circumstance of whatsoever nature.</li><li>Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned on the website&nbsp;<a href="https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/">https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/</a> prior to submitting your application.</li><li>PIPL reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon at any point in time.</li></ol></li></ol>

Entry Rules & Regulations

Participants of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026 Virtual Event will receive their physical gratification on or before 31st January 2027. Gratification

Group entries will be accepted for Virtual Half Marathon, Virtual 10K, and Virtual 5K race categories of virtual events. There has to be a minimum of 20 individual entries across these run categories to comprise a group.&nbsp;Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the Virtual Half Marathon, Virtual 10K, and Virtual 5K race categories.<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to email the request at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a> with the number of registrations required mentioning the group name and Virtual race categories.</li><li>Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.</li><li>On making online payment, PoC to share online payment receipt on&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a> with group/corporate details. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us on email:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a>&nbsp;</li><li>On receiving payment confirmation, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the PoC’s email address.</li><li>The VDHM 2026 registration team will email PoC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.</li><li>All members of the group/corporate need to individually register <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=vdhm26&amp;eventYear=2026">here</a> using the online codes issued by PIPL.</li><li>By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the Virtual Half Marathon, Virtual 10K, and Virtual 5K race categories.</li><li>Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=vdhm26&amp;eventYear=2026">here</a> using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the Virtual Half Marathon, Virtual 10K, and Virtual 5K race categories at the VDHM 2026 vertical event edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.</li><li>Unused online codes cannot be returned or cancelled. Group Application

The&nbsp;Procam Virtual Slam is a year-long recognition programme designed to encourage consistency, commitment and perseverance by recognizing participants who successfully complete the designated feature&nbsp;virtual races across all four Procam events.&nbsp;The Procam Virtual Slam comprises the following four feature virtual races:<ul><li>Virtual Half Marathon – Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026&nbsp;</li><li>Virtual 25K – Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026&nbsp;</li><li>Virtual Marathon – Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027&nbsp;</li><li>Virtual 10K – TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2027&nbsp;</li></ul>Important:<ol><li>Participants can&nbsp;begin their Procam Virtual Slam journey with any one of the four feature virtual races. However, to earn the Procam Virtual Slam Medal, participants must successfully complete all four qualifying virtual races consecutively as part of the same Virtual Slam cycle.&nbsp;</li><li>There is no separate registration for the Procam Virtual Slam. Participants must register for and successfully complete each of the four eligible virtual races. The&nbsp;same name and date of birth must be used across all four registrations for seamless tracking. Registrants can now register for all 4 virtual races from a single platform. To register <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=vdhm26&amp;eventYear=2026">click here</a></li><li>Only the&nbsp;four designated feature virtual races listed above will count towards the Procam Virtual Slam. Participation in any other virtual distance or any on-ground race category will not be considered.&nbsp;</li><li>Participants must complete all four qualifying virtual races&nbsp;consecutively without any gap. A gap includes failure to register, failure to complete the prescribed distance, failure to complete the activity within the official virtual race period, failure to meet the applicable cut-off timing, or disqualification under the event's Virtual Race Rules.&nbsp;</li><li>If a participant misses, skips or fails to complete any one of the four qualifying races, the&nbsp;Virtual Slam cycle will be considered incomplete, and the participant will need to recommence the journey from the first eligible event of the next Virtual Slam Cycle.&nbsp;</li><li>Participants must complete each qualifying virtual race within the prescribed&nbsp;Procam Virtual Slam cut-off timings:&nbsp;<ul><li>Virtual Marathon (42.195 km): 7 hours 30 minutes&nbsp;</li><li>Virtual 25K: 4 hours 30 minutes&nbsp;</li><li>Virtual Half Marathon (21.097 km): 3 hours 45 minutes&nbsp;</li><li>Virtual 10K: 1 hour 30 minutes&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Participants must record their activity primarily through the&nbsp;official HDOR App designated for the respective event. Strava, Garmin or Apple Watch may also be used where integrated with the HDOR App. HDOR will be treated as the single source of truth, and manually entered activities will not be accepted.&nbsp;</li><li>The activity must cover the complete prescribed race distance and comply with the applicable GPS validation, activity verification and submission requirements. All qualifying virtual races must be completed through walking and/or running, unless otherwise permitted under the respective event's Virtual Race Rules.&nbsp;</li><li>The&nbsp;exclusive Procam Virtual Slam Medal will be awarded to participants who successfully complete all four qualifying virtual races within the prescribed cut-off timings and fulfil all applicable eligibility requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>The Procam Virtual Slam Medal will be couriered to the participant's registered postal address within 30 days of completing the fourth and final qualifying virtual race. Any change in address must be communicated to Procam at least 14 days before completing the fourth Virtual Slam race.&nbsp;</li><li>The Procam Virtual Slam is independent of the on-ground Procam Slam. Procam Virtual Slam Information

●The&nbsp;Procam Virtual Slam is a year-long recognition and achievement programme introduced by Procam International Pvt. Ltd. to encourage sustained participation in its&nbsp;feature virtual races across India. The initiative aims to recognise runners who demonstrate consistency, commitment and perseverance by successfully completing the feature virtual race category of all four Procam events consecutively.●Participants who fulfil all eligibility requirements of the&nbsp;Procam Virtual Slam shall be awarded the exclusive&nbsp;Procam Virtual Slam Medal, which will be awarded only upon successful completion of all four feature virtual races within the prescribed cut-off timings. The medal shall be unique to the Procam Virtual Slam and shall serve as recognition of the participant's successful completion of the entire series. The Procam Virtual Slam Medal will be couriered to the runner’s registered postal address (mentioned at the time of registration) within&nbsp;30 days of completing the last Procam Virtual Slam to the address mentioned at the latest registration form. Any change in the address shall be duly intimated to Procam at least 14 days in advance before the completion of the fourth Procam Virtual Slam&nbsp;.The inaugural Procam Virtual Slam shall comprise the following four feature virtual race categories:o Virtual Half Marathon – Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026o&nbsp;Virtual 25K – Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026o Virtual Marathon – Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027o&nbsp; Virtual 10K – TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2027●Participants may&nbsp;begin their Procam Virtual Slam journey with any one of the above feature virtual races. However, to qualify for the&nbsp;Procam Virtual Slam Medal, they must successfully complete&nbsp;all four feature virtual races consecutively forming part of the Virtual Slam cycle. The medal shall be awarded only upon successful completion of all four qualifying races in accordance with these guidelines.●Only these designated feature virtual race categories shall be considered for the Procam Virtual Slam. Registration and participation in any other virtual distance or any on-ground race category shall not be considered towards the completion of the Procam Virtual Slam.●There is no separate registration required to attempt Procam Virtual Slam. However, participants must register for and successfully complete each of the four eligible virtual races through the official registration platform. To ensure seamless tracking of their data, participants must use the same name and date of birth across all four race registrations.To simplify the registration process, participants can now register for all Procam Virtual races&nbsp; through a single event platform. For example, while registering on the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026 Virtual registration platform, participants can also add the Tata Steel Kolkata 25K 2026 Virtual race ,the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027 Virtual race and TCS W10K Bengaluru 2027 Virtual race to their registration, eliminating the need to visit separate event platforms to register.● Payment of the applicable registration fee for each race shall be mandatory, and all event-specific terms, conditions, participation rules and virtual race regulations shall continue to apply independently to every event forming part of the Procam Virtual Slam.●To successfully complete the Procam Virtual Slam, participants must finish each of the four eligible virtual races consecutively without any gap*.*A gap shall mean&nbsp;&nbsp;failure to register for an eligible event, failure to complete the prescribed distance, failure to complete the activity within the official virtual race period, failure to finish within the official race cut-off timing, or disqualification due to non-compliance with the event's virtual race rules.●In the event that a participant misses, skips or fails to complete any one of the four qualifying races, the Procam Virtual Slam shall be considered incomplete, and the participant must recommence the cycle from the first eligible event of the next Procam Virtual Slam Cycle.● To complete the Procam Virtual Slam, participants must complete each race within the official cut-off timing prescribed for the respective virtual event. Completion beyond the official cut-off shall not qualify towards the Procam Virtual Slam, irrespective of whether the participant successfully completes the distance.The prescribed cut-off timings are as follows:o Marathon (42.195 Km)– within&nbsp;7 hours 30 minuteso&nbsp; &nbsp; 25K – within&nbsp;4 hours 30 minuteso&nbsp; &nbsp; Half Marathon (21.097 km)– within&nbsp;3 hours 45 minuteso&nbsp; &nbsp; 10K – within&nbsp;1 hour 30 minutes●Participants must record and submit their race activity primarily through the official HDOR App designated for that Event. Participants may also use a secondary fitness application or device (e.g., Strava, Garmin, Apple Watch) to track their run, provided it is integrated with the HDOR App. HDOR will be treated as the single source of truth for the Event; only activity data synced through an integrated app/device will be considered valid. Manually entered activities will not be accepted under any circumstances.●Participants must accurately record and submit their activity in accordance with the technical requirements prescribed for the event. The recorded activity must cover the complete prescribed race distance and comply with all GPS validation, activity verification and submission requirements applicable to that event.● All qualifying virtual races must be completed solely by walking and/or running. Activities recorded through cycling or any other mode of movement will not be considered valid unless expressly permitted under the event-specific Virtual Race Rules. Procam International reserves the right to invalidate any activity that does not comply with these requirements.● Activities found to be manipulated, edited, duplicated, manually modified or otherwise inconsistent with the official validation process shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered towards the Procam Virtual Slam.●Procam International reserves the right to seek additional identity verification or supporting information wherever necessary to validate a participant's eligibility for the Procam Virtual Slam Medal. Where any discrepancy, anomaly, or concern is identified with a participant's virtual race timing or activity data, Procam International may request an official on-ground race timing certificate, where the activity was completed as part of an organized race event, or any other supporting documentation for verification. Participants who complete an official on-ground race anywhere in the world during the designated virtual race window, record the activity using the HDOR app, and comply with all applicable Virtual Race Rules and event guidelines, shall be considered eligible for the Procam Virtual Slam, subject to successful verification. Failure to provide the requested supporting documentation, where applicable, or failure to satisfactorily establish compliance with the Virtual Race Rules may result in disqualification from the Procam Virtual Slam.● Any accompanying recognition, including but not limited to a digital certificate, digital badge, leaderboard acknowledgement or other commemorative rewards, may be introduced by Procam International at its sole discretion. Such rewards shall be non-transferable, non-exchangeable and shall not have any cash value.● Participation in the Procam Virtual Slam is personal to the registered participant. The use of another person's activity, sharing of accounts, multiple registrations under different identities, or completion of a race by any individual other than the registered participant shall result in disqualification from the Procam Virtual Slam. Procam International reserves the right to investigate any activity that appears suspicious and may invalidate race results or withdraw the Procam Virtual Slam Medal if fraudulent or unethical practices are identified, even after the medal has been awarded.● The Procam Virtual Slam is an independent recognition programme and has no association with or bearing on the on-ground Procam Slam. Participation in or completion of one programme shall not qualify a participant for the other.●A Virtual Race Finisher Certificate issued for any Procam Virtual Race shall not be accepted as a qualifying timing certificate or proof of performance for registration into any on-ground Procam event where a prior timing certificate is required.●Procam International reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend or discontinue the Procam Virtual Slam programme, its eligibility criteria, rewards or these guidelines at any time without prior notice, if deemed necessary for operational, technical or other reasons. In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, race completion, activity validation or interpretation of these guidelines, the decision of Procam International shall be final and binding on all participants.●For all matters not expressly covered under these guidelines, the prevailing Rules &amp; Regulations and Virtual Race Terms &amp; Conditions, Privacy Policy,&nbsp; of the respective Procam event shall apply. Wherever applicable, the general principles governing the Procam Slam programme shall also apply to the Procam Virtual Slam,&nbsp;except that qualification timing criteria shall not be applicable, while the official race completion cut-off timings shall remain mandatory for every qualifying virtual race. &nbsp;
