GUIDELINES FOR RACE PROMOTERS / ORGANISERS AND ADVISORY FOR RUNNERSAs pioneers in promoting distance running events in India, Procam International remains committed to safeguarding the integrity, fairness, and credibility of the sport. Events such as the Tata Mumbai Marathon, TCS World 10K Bengaluru, Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon, and Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata have set benchmarks for excellence in race organisation.With the objective of ensuring that qualifying timing certificates submitted for Procam races are authentic, accurate, and achieved under properly regulated race conditions, Procam has defined the following guidelines for race promoters/organisers across India and as an advisory for runners.These guidelines aim to:<ul><li>Prevent fraudulent practices and timing manipulation.</li><li>Protect genuine runners from disappointment due to non-compliant events.</li><li>Standardise race organisation practices across India.</li><li>Support smaller races through structured guidance and transition time</li></ul>Race organisers are given time until 31st March 2027 to fully comply with these requirements. From this date onward, timing certificates will only be considered if the event strictly adheres to the stated guidelines.GUIDELINES FOR RACE PROMOTERS / ORGANISERS AND ADVISORY FOR RUNNERS(For Timing Certificates to be Considered Under Procam Confirmation Criteria – Timed Categories)If any guideline is not followed, or if substantial issues/complaints arise regarding timing accuracy, course distance, operational conduct, technical management, or runner verification, Procam International reserves the right to reject timing certificates from such events. Procam’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.1. Event Date RequirementThe running event must have been conducted 18 months preceding race day of Procam race (as per predefined qualifying windows of respective Procam events).2. No Claim as Official QualifierThe event must not state — verbally, in writing, or by implication — that it is an “official qualifier” for any Procam event, including but not limited to:<ul><li>TCS World 10K Bengaluru</li><li>Tata Mumbai Marathon</li><li>Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon</li><li>Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata</li></ul>This restriction applies across all communication platforms including:<ul><li>Website</li><li>Social media</li><li>Marketing material</li><li>Press releases</li><li>Email communication</li><li>Certificates</li></ul>Any misleading representation may lead to disqualification of timing certificates from that event.3. Course Measurement StandardsTo ensure distance accuracy, fairness, and integrity of qualifying &nbsp;performance, the following standards are mandatory:3.1 Measurement AuthorityThe course must be measured by:<ul><li>An AIMS / World Athletics accredited measurer (Grade A or Grade B)</li><li>Using the calibrated bicycle method (Jones Counter or equivalent)</li><li>Course measurement must strictly follow the standards prescribed in the AIMS / World Athletics publication “The Measurement of Road Race Courses.” The latest version of the document may be accessed via the official AIMS website. (<a href="https://aims-worldrunning.org/course-measurement.html">https://aims-worldrunning.org/course-measurement.html</a>)</li></ul>Only courses measured and certified under these standards will be considered valid.3.2 Race Day Course Compliance&nbsp;a) Deviation &amp; Re-Certification Clause&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If any deviation from the originally certified course is identified — whether intentional or accidental — the modified course must be re-measured and re-certified by the accredited course measurer.Failure to obtain such re-certification shall result in:<ul><li>Timing certificates from that edition of the event are not considered for Procam races.</li></ul>b) Short Course Clause and not accepting timing for Procam events&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If the course is found to be short for any reason whatsoever — including but not limited to:<ul><li>Incorrect course layout</li><li>Altered turning points</li><li>Barricading errors</li><li>Operational mismanagement</li><li>Measurement discrepancies</li></ul>Then:<ul><li>No timing certificate from any race category of that specific edition of the event will be considered for Procam races.</li></ul>Procam International’s determination in such matters shall be final and binding.3.3 Public DisclosureAn AIMS / World Athletics International Course Measurement Certificate must be:<ul><li>Uploaded on the official event website</li><li>Publicly accessible at all times</li></ul>The certificate must include:<ul><li>Race name and distance</li><li>Certificate number</li><li>Name and grade of the accredited measurer</li><li>Measurement date and validity period</li></ul>If the event does not have an official website or digital presence, the course measurement certificate must be emailed to:<a href="mailto:info@procam.in">info@procam.in</a> and&nbsp;<a href="mailto:registration@procam.in">registration@procam.in</a>Failure to provide verifiable course measurement certificate may result in rejection of timing certificates.&nbsp;4. Timing System RequirementsAccurate and tamper-proof timing is mandatory.4.1 RFID Timing (Compulsory)<ul><li>All runners must be timed using RFID technology.</li><li>Timing tags must be securely affixed to the bib prior to distribution.</li><li>Loose timing chips must not be handed directly to runners.</li></ul>4.2 Minimum Split Timing MatsIn addition to timing mats at the Start and Finish gates, the following minimum split mats must be installed:<ul><li>Full Marathon (42.195 km) – Minimum 3 split-point mats</li><li>25 km – Minimum 2 split-point mats</li><li>Half Marathon (21.097 km) – Minimum 2 split-point mats</li><li>10 km &amp; 5 km – Minimum 1 split-point mat</li></ul>4.3 Results Timeline<ul><li>Provisional results must be published within 12 hours of the official race close time.</li><li>Final results and downloadable timing certificates must be made available online.</li><li>Split timings from the minimum required mats must be clearly visible.</li></ul>Certificates showing insufficient splits or missing split data will not be accepted.5. Runner Verification &amp; Anti-Cheat MechanismsTo maintain race integrity, organisers must implement robust verification and anti-cheat measures.5.1 Runner Identity VerificationAdequate mechanisms must be in place to confirm that:<ul><li>The individual who registered is the same individual who ran the race.</li></ul>Examples include:<ul><li>Bib-photo matching</li><li>ID verification at bib collection</li><li>Controlled bib distribution process</li></ul>5.2 Anti-Cheat InfrastructureThe event must ensure:<ul><li>Functional timing mats at required split points</li><li>Operational cameras at key junctions (with footage available for verification if required)</li><li>On-ground officials stationed at crucial course points</li></ul>If a substantial number of finishers show missing split data or irregular timing patterns, Procam reserves the right to not accept certificates from that event.6. Operational Integrity on Race DayEven if all pre-event guidelines are met, race-day execution must ensure full operational integrity.If any operational issues occur on race day — including but not limited to:<ul><li>Shorter course distance</li><li>Incorrect route deviation</li><li>Missing or malfunctioning timing mats</li><li>Unauthorised course alterations</li><li>Technical failures impacting timing accuracy</li></ul>and such issues are formally highlighted, verified, and proven to have materially impacted timing results, Procam International, will not accept timing certificates from that event for qualification purposes, even if the organiser has otherwise complied with the defined guidelines.We encourage each race to appoint a designated team member as an Observer, who will be responsible for ensuring adherence to race measurement standards and guidelines, on Race Day .Procam’s decision in such cases shall be final .7. Acceptable Event CategoriesEligible qualifying performances must be from:<ul><li>On-ground 5 km</li><li>10 km</li><li>Half Marathon</li><li>25 km</li><li>Full Marathon</li><li>Timed relay events where an individual covers at least 5 km</li></ul>The following are not accepted:<ul><li>Virtual events</li><li>Trail runs</li><li>Uncertified races</li></ul>Timing certificates must reflect net (chip) time from the certified course.Important ClarificationAcceptance of a timing certificate is subject to the defined confirmation criteria of the respective Procam event.For avoidance of doubt:<ul><li>A 5 km timing certificate will not be considered for qualification into race categories beyond those specified under the relevant Procam event’s confirmation criteria (for example, it cannot be used to qualify for a Half Marathon, 25 km, or Marathon category unless explicitly permitted).</li><li>A 10 km timing certificate will not be accepted for qualification into a Full Marathon category unless specifically allowed under that event’s confirmation policy.</li></ul>Each Procam event may prescribe distinct qualifying distance requirements. Organisers and runners are advised to refer to the official confirmation criteria of the respective event before relying on a timing certificate for qualification purposes.Transition Period &amp; Support (Until 31 March 2027)Procam recognises that these guidelines may significantly impact smaller races that currently do not follow such structured standards. Road Race Technical Standards & Timing Recognition Guidelines

Please read these guidelines carefully before you apply.<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Application Guidelines<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Read all information below before submitting the <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=vdhm26&amp;eventYear=2026">online application</a>. Registration confirmation is subject to the applicable confirmation criteria and the entry rules given herein.</li><li>You may apply for only one of the five on-ground, non-elite race categories:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>Half Marathon,</li><li>Open 10K,</li><li>Great Delhi Run,</li><li>Senior Citizens’ Run,</li><li>Champions with Disability.&nbsp;&nbsp; If you submit multiple applications, none of your entries will be confirmed. Further, an applicant must apply for the event using a single email address.</li></ol></li><li>An applicant will be confirmed, subject to fulfilling conditions mentioned herein and confirmation criteria (where applicable), only for the race category he/she has applied for.</li><li>Applications must be submitted online using the <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=vdhm26&amp;eventYear=2026">registration link</a> by paying applicable entry fees based on the race category opted for. No individual or group is authorized to collect entries on behalf of Procam International Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL).</li><li>Group entries<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>GROUP REGISTRATIONS: DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION.<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>The deadline for group registration payments is Thursday, 10th September 2026. Groups are requested to initiate their group registration request and payments well in advance to ensure receipt by the deadline. Click <a href="https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/race-categories/half-marathon/group-applications">here</a> for more details.</li><li>After purchasing a registration code, registrants must complete registration within 7 days of code issue. Unused codes will be deactivated automatically.</li><li>Important:&nbsp;Entries will close as soon as the event reaches capacity. Participants are strongly encouraged to register early because slots are limited.</li><li>Group entries are accepted for all race categories. A group must include at least 20 participants. However, all Half Marathon and Open 10K participants must collect their own bibs in person at the Expo.</li></ul></li></ol><ol style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>All group members must meet the minimum age requirement for their race category.</li><li>Click <a href="https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/race-categories/half-marathon/group-applications">here</a> to know the process of group registrations, where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees.</li><li>Click <a href="https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/race-categories/half-marathon/group-applications">here</a> to know the process of group registrations, where individual team members/employees will be paying their own entry fee.</li></ol></li><li>Before you submit your/your ward’s application, please confirm that you:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>have completed all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the application form;</li><li>have paid the applicable entry fee;</li><li>have agreed to the waiver, consent, Terms of Use/Service, Privacy Policy, Race regulations, and entry rules in the application form;</li><li>meet the minimum age eligibility criteria for the event;</li><li>have uploaded the latest timing certificate, where required for start wave confirmation; and</li><li>have uploaded a clear, recent photograph and a government-approved ID showing your full name, date of birth, and gender. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar, PAN, passport, and driving license.&nbsp;&nbsp; Note:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Self-Identity Verification:&nbsp;To ensure that accurate participant information is captured while maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security, a Self-Identity Verification process has been introduced via Aadhaar card.</li><li>Indian Nationals: You can verify key details such as your full name, date of birth, gender, and nationality through your Aadhaar. Verification is completed via the official Aadhaar app. To proceed:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Download and install the official Aadhaar app on your mobile device.</li><li>Log in to your Aadhaar profile within the app.</li><li>During the verification process, scan the QR code displayed on the registration screen using the Aadhaar app.</li><li>Complete the verification successfully to validate your details.</li></ol></li></ul><ul style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Overseas Participants: You are required to upload a copy of your passport to verify your identity and personal details. This verification process helps ensure the authenticity of participant information while safeguarding personal data.</li><li>Your middle name is collected solely for ID verification purposes. It will not appear on your race bib, confirmation emails, or any other official event materials, nor will it be considered in event classifications or recognitions.</li><li>If there is any discrepancy in the mandatory requirements listed above, your application will not be confirmed.</li></ul></li></ol></li><li>Once you submit your online application successfully, you cannot edit your online profile yourself. Any updates will be shared on the event website after registrations close.</li><li>Application status: You can view your application status on the event website within 10 working days of successful registration. If you cannot access it online, please contact our event helpline number +91 8527276694 or email us at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:vedantadelhihalfmarathon@procam.in">vedantadelhihalfmarathon@procam.in</a>.</li><li>Charity Running Places:&nbsp;Unregistered applicants or individuals who wish to contribute to an NGO/Cause of their choice can approach the participating NGOs registered with the philanthropy partner, Lakshyaa, to obtain Charity Running Places. Charity Running Places will be available until 6 October 2026 or until all such places are filled.<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>Relevant confirmation criteria will be applicable for the timed race categories.</li><li>Such applicants will also need to submit all the necessary mandatory documents as specified in the application process.&nbsp;</li><li>Charity bibs will be available from 23rd July 2026. If you register after 30 September 2026, your name will not appear on the bib, and you will be placed in the last wave for timed race categories.&nbsp;</li><li>For information on Charity Running Places and the list of participating NGOs, visit https://vdhm.lakshyaa.co.in/ or contact vdhm@lakshyaa.co.in or +91 8851505795.</li></ol></li><li>Guaranteed Running Places – SportyTrip Concierge Packages:&nbsp;The SportyTrip Concierge Package is a hospitality and travel offering and does not include race registration. After purchasing the package, participants will receive a unique registration code that allows them to apply for an eligible race category.<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>To be considered for race entry, participants must complete the official event registration process, pay the applicable race registration fee, and satisfy all confirmation and eligibility requirements, including the submission of a valid timing certificate where applicable.</li><li>Buying a SportyTrip Concierge Package, receiving a registration code, or completing registration does not guarantee race entry. Participation in the event will be confirmed only after all requirements are verified and in accordance with the event's rules, guidelines, and confirmation criteria are met.</li></ol></li><li>Baggage facility:&nbsp;Participants who opt for the baggage facility (available only to Half Marathon and Open 10K participants) must collect the official baggage tag issued by Procam International Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL) at the Expo, attach it to their bag on the race day, and submit the corresponding claim stub at the time of baggage collection. Bags without a valid official tag will not be accepted on race day.<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>A refundable security deposit of INR 500 per baggage tag will be charged at registration and refunded within 15 working days after race day. Do not deposit valuables, cash, jewellery, electronic devices, passports, fragile items, perishable items, hazardous items, or prohibited items. PIPL is not liable for loss, theft, damage, misplacement, or delay in baggage handling or return. For more information, click <a href="https://vdhmcms.tinglabs.in/uploads/Baggage_Handling_Terms_and_Conditions_02042026_1_d32d1494dd.pdf">here</a>.</li></ul></li></ol></li><li>Get Active Expo &amp; Running Number Bib Collection<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>In order to collect your bib at the Get Active Expo (Thursday, 15th October to Saturday, 17th October 2026), you must choose a bib collection time slot. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmed participants living in Delhi are requested to choose 15th or 16th October so that 17th October remains available for outstation participants.&nbsp;</li><li>Personal bib collection: Half Marathon and Open 10K&nbsp;&nbsp; Participants in the Half Marathon and Open 10K must collect their bibs in person at the Bib Collection Centre within the Get Active Expo. Confirmed participants must carry the following documents to collect their bib:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>Application confirmation.</li><li>Govt. approved photo ID proof.</li></ol></li><li>If you are confirmed in any race category and cannot collect your bib yourself because of unavoidable circumstances, you may send one representative. A representative may collect a bib for only one participant. The representative must carry the following documents:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>Application confirmation.</li><li>Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.</li><li>Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.</li></ol></li><li>Group bib collection: Great Delhi Run, Senior Citizens’ Run, and Champions with Disability:&nbsp;A group can send representative(s) to collect bibs for team members in these categories. Bibs for these categories will be handed over together. Half Marathon and Open 10K participants must collect their own bibs at the Expo. Representatives must carry the following documents:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>A printed copy of the group confirmation email sent to the group point person.</li><li>A printed copy of the signed <a href="https://vdhmcms.tinglabs.in/uploads/VDHM_2026_Group_Authorization_Letter_e68e3d7fe7.docx">authorisation letter</a> on the NGO or company letterhead authorising the representative(s) to collect bibs on behalf of the group.</li><li>Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.</li></ol></li><li>No bib will be posted to any mailing address for any reason. No bib will be issued after the Expo closes at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, 17th October 2026.</li></ol></li><li>Entry Rejection and Refund Policy<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Entry fees are non-refundable once an entry is confirmed. However, Half Marathon participants may use the bib surrender facility in case of illness, injury, or if the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026 is rescheduled. Bib surrender will be available from 3 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to 15 September 2026 at 7:00 p.m. by submitting the bib surrender request form. A processing fee of INR 200 will be deducted from the registration fee. The remaining amount will be refunded on or before 30 November of BIB surrender.</li><li>If your application is rejected, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 30 November 2026, after deduction of INR 200 as processing charges.</li><li>The INR 500 baggage facility charge will be refunded within 15 working days after race day.</li><li>Application fees will not be refunded for non-participation, failure to collect the bib from the Expo, late arrival at the venue or start area, failure to start within the prescribed time, or denial of participation on race day for medical, safety, or operational reasons.</li><li>Report any refund discrepancy to the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained after 30 November 2026.</li><li>If a registrant uses a corporate or group code without being the authorised recipient, PIPL may deny the entry or application. In that case, the registrant will not receive a bib and will not be allowed to participate on race day.</li></ol></li><li>Entry Deferment Policy<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>If VDHM 2026 is cancelled, your entry will be carried forward in the same race category to the next edition of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon. No additional entry fee will be charged. However, additional qualification criteria, if set for the next edition, shall apply.</li><li>If participation in specific race categories must be reduced because of government-issued protocols, the last-in-first-out rule will apply.</li><li>Participants who do not receive final confirmation may defer their entry in the same race category to the next edition of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon without paying an additional entry fee.&nbsp; Additional qualification criteria, if any, set for the next edition shall apply.</li></ol></li><li>Other Important Points<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Top-up donations made during registration are non-refundable in all circumstances.</li><li>The right to participate in the event, and any related rights or benefits, are granted at PIPL’s sole discretion and cannot be transferred to another person. Only the applicant alone shall&nbsp;be entitled to the rights and benefits arising from a confirmed entry.</li><li>A verification agency may verify the identity and content submitted at the time of registration of confirmed participants. You hereby give your consent to share your data with the said&nbsp;third-party agency. If any information or document is found to be incorrect at any stage, the participant may be withheld or disqualified, and no application fee will be refunded. Any benefits associated with participation in the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026 will be forfeited.</li><li>Race day images will be reviewed after the race. If a participant is found wearing a bib that was not assigned to them, the registered participant will be disqualified from the race and from the next edition of the event. Procam International also reserves the right to take legal action for impersonation against both the registered participant and the person who used the bib.</li><li>Any audio, video, or visual recording made by a participant at the VDHM 2026 Expo or on race day may be used only for personal purposes and not for commercial use. The official photographer for VDHM 2026 is One Glint. Individual runner photographs will be available for sale and download on the event website 48 hours after race day.</li><li>Participants in any race category must not carry out brand marketing or promotion for non-sponsor or non-partner brands at the event. Corporate and group registrations may use placards, banners, caps, and T-shirts to display their company, brand, or NGO name or message. Failure to follow this rule may lead to disqualification from the current and next&nbsp;editions of the race.</li></ol></li><li>Event Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon at any point in time without any notice.</li></ol>

GROUP REGISTRATIONS: DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>The deadline for group registration payments is&nbsp;, or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier. The group’s Single point of contact is requested to initiate their group registration and payments well in advance to ensure receipt by the deadline.&nbsp;</li><li>After purchasing the registration code, registrants are required to complete their registration&nbsp;<a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=vdhm26&amp;eventYear=2026">online</a> within 7 days of code issuance. Registration codes not used within this timeframe will be automatically deactivated.</li><li>Any amount corresponding to unused registration codes will be refunded after deducting a 4% processing fee from the total refundable amount. All eligible refunds will be processed by 30th December 2026.</li><li>To ensure that each running bib number of the Half Marathon and Open 10K is accurately assigned and collected, it is mandatory that all participants of the Half Marathon and Open 10K race category must collect their own bibs in person from the Expo. This is crucial to ensure that only the officially registered runner takes part on race day, helping prevent any risk of disqualification. Accordingly, the Group SPOC is required to sign the undertaking&nbsp;prior to the disbursement of registration codes, confirming that all Half Marathon and Open 10K bibs will be collected individually by the respective confirmed registrants, in person, from the Get Active Expo.</li><li>Half Marathon application confirmation criteria: To optimize the on-ground experience and prioritize runner well-being, applications for the Half Marathon at Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026 will be accepted only with a valid timing certificate that meets the confirmation criteria defined&nbsp;<a href="https://vedantadelhihalfmarathon.procam.in/race-categories/half-marathon/confirmation-criteria">here</a>.</li><li>Entries will close immediately once the event reaches full capacity. Participants are strongly advised to complete their registration at the earliest to avoid missing out due to limited slots.</li></ul>There must be a minimum of 20 individual entries across these race categories to constitute a group.<ol style="list-style-type:upper-latin;"><li>Online Group Registration Process, where the group/corporation is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees.<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to email the request at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a>&nbsp;with the number of registrations required, mentioning the group name and race categories.</li><li>Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.</li><li>On making an online payment, PoC is to share the online payment receipt on email:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a>&nbsp;with group/corporate details to receive online group registration codes. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a>. The deadline to request registration codes and make the payment is&nbsp; Thursday, 10th September 2026.</li><li>Upon receiving the payment confirmation email, a receipt voucher for registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the PoC’s email address.&nbsp;</li><li>The Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon registration team will email PoC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. Registration codes will be valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Registration codes not used within 7 days will be automatically deactivated. All registrants are to register <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=vdhm26&amp;eventYear=2026">here</a>&nbsp;using the registration codes issued by PIPL. The amount against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of 4% from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 30th December 2026. For example, if the total amount against unused codes is INR 10000, the total refundable amount will be INR 9600.&nbsp;</li><li>By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground race category at the time of registration.</li><li>Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. Group Applications

(Only applicable to confirmed participants of Half Marathon (on-ground) race category)Participating in a race category like Half Marathon without proper training and with illness or injury can be dangerous and hazardous for your health. It is unfair to you and your family to risk serious illness and become a medical emergency on race day.<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Confirmed participants of the Half Marathon who are unable to participate on race day due to unavoidable circumstances like injury or illness, will now be able to surrender their bibs to Procam International. The application fees paid will be refunded post deduction of INR 200 as bib surrender processing charges.</li><li>A confirmed participant can surrender his/her bib with effect from 03rd September 2026 (1000 Hrs) to 15th September 2026 (1900 Hrs) by filling out the bib surrender request form.</li><li>Once the bib surrender request is successfully processed, you will receive the refund in your source account after the deduction of INR 200 as the bib surrender processing charges on or before 30th November 2026. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately.</li><li>Notwithstanding anything mentioned herein, donations, Merchandise payment (if any), made at the time of applying for the event, will not be refunded under any circumstance of whatsoever nature.</li><li>Application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Get Active Expo or not allowed to run on the race day due to high temperature or being unwell.</li><li>Bib Surrender requests coming later than 15th September 2026 will not be entertained for any refund.</li><li>The Bib Surrender facility is not applicable for registrants registering post 15th September 2026&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Please note that a confirmed participant can surrender his/her bib ONLY to Procam International between the dates mentioned above. No individual/group has been authorized to accept the surrendered bib on behalf of the Promoter. Any other means of bib surrender would result in the disqualification of the confirmed participant from the 2026 and 2027 editions of the Event. Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has received/used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation, where the bib is transferred without using the due process.</li><li>Where there is any discrepancy found at any point in time, Event Promoter, Procam International, reserves the right to reject bib surrender request.</li></ol>

Bib tag timing captured across all timing points on the course, including at the start and finish mats, and/or&nbsp; b. Physical verification by technical officials and/or anti-cheat cameras.9. Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with others, will be disqualified from the competition. Such runners shall not be entitled to any timing or prize money (where applicable).10. Prize winners declared may be required to submit further proof of identity/age, as may be required by the Event Promoter, for disbursement of prize money, failing which the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, withhold disbursement or disqualify the said participant from competition.11. Prize Money is subject to applicable Indian Income Tax Rules, and the same would be borne by the winner.12. Half Marathon age category winners from overseas will receive prize money equivalent in U S Dollars calculated at the applicable exchange rate as on date of disbursement.13. Protests And Appeals:&nbsp; a. Any confirmed half marathon amateur runner of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2025 can lodge a protest in relation to the official race results in relation to the age category finish positions declared after the race.&nbsp; b. Your Protest must be emailed to <a href="mailto:vedantadelhihalfmarathon@procam.in">vedantadelhihalfmarathon@procam.in</a>&nbsp; c. Only the protest letters received on or before Thursday, 16th October 2025, will be entertained.&nbsp; d. A jury shall deliberate, verify and deliver its decision on the Protest within 14 working days of receiving the Protest Letter. The decision will be intimated to the person lodging the protest and shall reflect on the event website, where favourable.&nbsp; e. Decision of the Event Promoter shall be final and binding on all.14. Timing Results: Where the timing result of an amateur half marathon runner with respect to his/her gender and/or age, is required to be updated online, the runner needs to write, no later than 16/10/2025, at <a href="mailto:info@sportstimingsolutions.in">info@sportstimingsolutions.in</a>, specifying the nature of edit required and attaching the relevant proof of change. Requests received after 16/10/2025 will not be entertained.<h1>POLICE CUP - COMPETITION RULES</h1> 1. The Police Cup category is only for the Delhi Police officers.2. A team shall comprise of 3 runners (all men or all women), each covering the half marathon distance on race day. The aggregate net finish time of all 3 team members will decide the finish positions amongst the men and women teams.3. The finish time limit for all members of a Police Cup team is 3 hours from the official start time.4. Results declared on race day shall be ‘provisional’ and final entitlement to prize money winning positions of Police Cup teams shall be subject to – a. All members of the team having started their run at the official start time, at the designated start line. The team members have crossed the start line within 30 minutes of official start time. b. Bib tag timing of all team members having been captured across all timing points on the course, including at the start and finish mats. c. All team members having crossed the finish line no later than 3 hours from start time. d. Visual screening of runners' race day images after race day.5. Confirmed participants of the Police Cup category shall not be entitled to ranking and/or prize money declared under the half marathon (amateurs) category.6. Runners found to have interchanged their bib tag and/or their running number bib with others, shall be liable to be disqualified from the competition. Such runners and their team shall not be entitled to any timing or prize money.7. There will be no substitution allowed once the team is confirmed for participation in the Police Cup category. Any substitution found, whether intentional or not, shall entail disqualification of the team and all its team members from the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2025.8. The team (and its team members) shall also be liable for disqualification where a team member does not report for the run on race day or reports without valid running bib and/or bib tag. However, team members of such disqualified team reporting for the race will be able to run in their individual capacities in the Police Cup and be entitled to timing certificates mentioning their individual timings and rankings, provided they start their run at the official start time from the designated start line. Participation of such individuals shall not be considered as participation in the half marathon (amateurs) category on an individual capacity.9. Timing results: Where the timing result with respect to any team or team member is required to be updated online, the team/team member needs to write, no later than 16/10/2025, at <a href="mailto:info@sportstimingsolutions.in">info@sportstimingsolutions.in</a>, specifying the nature of edit required and attaching the relevant proof of change. Requests received after 16/10/2025 will not be entertained.10. Prize winners declared may be required to submit further proof of identity/age, or any other identity as may be required by the event promoter, for disbursement of prize money, failing which the Event Promoter may, at its sole discretion, withhold disbursement or disqualify the said team and/or participant from competition.11. The event promoter, Procam International reserve the right to disqualify a Police Cup team and/or suspend results/prize money of the team in case of any discrepancy found on race day and/or in the application/ documents submitted at any point in time.12. Post verification, prize money of each winning team will be divided equally and remitted directly in the names of its team members.14.
