Entry Rules & Regulations

Important Information Before Applying

Please read the following information carefully before submitting your online application. Registration confirmation is subject to applicable criteria and entry rules.

1. Single Entry:

Applicants can apply for only one of the five on-ground, non-elite race categories: Half Marathon, Open 10K, Great Delhi Run, Senior Citizens’ Run, and Champions with Disability.
Multiple applications will result in all entries being disqualified.
Use a single email address for registration.

2. Confirmation:

Applicants will be confirmed only for the race category they applied for, subject to fulfilling the specified conditions and confirmation criteria.

3. Registration Method:

Register online using the registration link and pay the applicable entry fees.
No individual or group is authorized to collect entries on behalf of Procam International Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL).

Group Entries

1. Eligibility:

Group entries are accepted for all race categories.
A minimum of 20 individual entries is required to form a group.
All group members must meet the minimum age eligibility.

2. Sponsored Entry Fees:

For group registrations where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees, click here.

3. Self-Sponsored Entry Fees:

For group registrations where individual team members are paying their own entry fees, click here.

Application Checklist

Before submitting your application, ensure that you:

Fill in all mandatory fields marked with ‘*’ in the application form.
Pay the requisite entry fees.
Agree to the waiver, consent, and entry rules and guidelines in the application form.
Meet the minimum age eligibility criteria.
Attach a scanned copy of your Govt. issued photo ID with your date of birth clearly visible (e.g., passport, PAN, Aadhaar) and a recent photograph.
Attach the latest timing certificate if required for priority line-up on race day.

Corrections and Contact

Once you submit your application, you cannot change/edit details in your online profile.

Check your application status on the event website within 10 working days of registration.

Charity Running Places

Unregistered individuals can obtain Charity Running Places by donating to participating NGOs through United Way Delhi.
Charity Running Places are available until 20th September 2024.
Necessary mandatory documents must be submitted as specified in the application process.

Mirchi Get Active Expo & Bib Collection

Bib collection from the Mirchi Get Active Expo (17th-19th October 2024).
Choose bib collection time slots on a first-come, first-served basis.
Confirmed participants in Delhi-NCR are requested to collect bibs on 17th or 18th October.
Outstation participants can collect bibs on 19th October.

Required Documents for Bib Collection

1. Individual Bib Collection:

Application confirmation.
Govt. approved photo ID proof.

2. Representative Collection:

Application confirmation.
Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.
Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

3. Group Bib Collection:

Printed group confirmation email.
Signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorizing the representative.
Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

Entry Rejection and Refund Policy

No refunds for application fees once received, except for half marathon participants using the bib surrender facility.
Rejected applications will have the entry fee refunded by 30th November 2024, with a deduction of ₹200 as processing charges.
No refunds for non-participation, failure to collect bibs, or being unwell on race day.

Entry Deferment Policy

If the VDHM 2024 is canceled, entries will carry forward to the next edition.
If participation needs to be reduced, the last-in-first-out rule will apply.

Other Important Points

Top-up donations are non-refundable.
Participation rights cannot be transferred.
Incorrect information will lead to disqualification without a refund.
Race day images will be screened for bib compliance.
Personal race day recordings cannot be used for commercial purposes.
