Using DMRCL Metro Services

The metro station is Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25, located on the Orange Line (Airport Express Line).
The metro station provides direct access to the exhibition centre, with an entry into the foyer area in front of Hall 1.

The Orange Line runs from New Delhi Railway Station to Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes from New Delhi Railway Station.

Interchange Stations:

New Delhi: Interchange with the Yellow Line.
Dwarka Sector 21: Interchange with the Blue Line.
Dhaula Kuan: Connected to the Pink Line through a pedestrian walkway. This is sometimes considered a third interchange.

The Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 Metro Station on the Orange Line is the recommended mode of transport, as it provides direct access to the exhibition centre.

Using a Hired Vehicle (taxi)

For taxi and cab pick-up and drop-off, please use Gate No. 6 of Yashobhoomi Convention Centre.

Using Personal Car

For access to the basement parking, please use Gate No. 8A.

Parking: Available within the expo venue in the basement.

Running number bibs must be collected by all participants from PLAYSCAPE – Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon (VDHM) 2026 Expo 2026 from 15th October to 17th October 2026. For this edition, participants will be given options to choose their bib pick-up time slot; overseas and outstation participants will get a slot preference for Saturday 17th October 2026. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Book your slot here

Documents to carry at the PLAYSCAPE – Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon (VDHM) 2026 Expo for bib collection:

a. It is mandatory for all individual participants to collect their running numbers personally from the Bib Collection Center within the PLAYSCAPE – Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon (VDHM) 2026 Expo. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents (soft copy accepted) in order to collect his/her running bib:

(i) The application confirmation (sent via email or whatsapp or can be accessed from your profile).

(ii) Govt. approved photo ID proof.

b. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a participant can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE participant. The representative must carry along following documents for running bib collection:

(i) The application confirmation (sent via email or whatsapp or can be accessed from your profile).

(ii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.

(iii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

c. Group collection of bibs: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group participating in different race categories will be handed over at one go. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for the collection of number bibs:

(i) Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person

(ii) Printed copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group.

(iii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

Important: No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the PLAYSCAPE – Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon (VDHM) 2026 Expo – by 5 p.m. on Saturday, 17th October 2026.
