Minimum Qualification Times: To qualify as an Indian Elite Athlete for the event, athletes must achieve the qualifying timings listed below. The athletes should have obtained times faster than the qualifying times in any official race between 05th September 2025 and 04th September 2026. Athletes reporting on Saturday, 17th October 2026 will be eligible for a refund after deduction of one day’s applicable amount.3. Entry Rejection and Refund PolicyIf an athlete’s application is rejected for any reason, the entry fee will be refunded (less an INR 120 processing fee) on or before 1st October 2026.A full refund (less an INR 120 processing fee) is available only to athletes who participate in the race and report on&nbsp;Friday, 16th October 2026. The refund will be made on or before 6th November 2026.Refund discrepancies must be reported immediately to the Elite Athlete Management team. Prize Money

<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Race results announced on race day will be ‘provisional’. Final results and entitlement to prize money shall be subject to the rules mentioned herein and the Race Regulations.</li><li>Only those half marathon runners confirmed by the Event Promoter as elite starting their race at the official half marathon elite start time on Sunday, 18th October 2026 will be entitled to be considered for prize money given in Chart A and B, and bonuses and jackpot earnings given in Charts C, D and E of the prize money structure, where applicable.</li><li>A confirmed half marathon elite runner starting his/her race at any start time and/or start line, other than the official half marathon elite start time and/or start line, shall be disqualified from the Event.</li><li>An Elite runner, Indian or international, who is one of the top overall half marathon finishers, will be entitled to prize money stated in Chart A. The first 10 Indian elite half marathon finishers who do not finish in the top overall half marathon finishers, will be entitled to prize money in Chart B. However, where an Indian Elite runner finishes as one of the top overall marathon finishers, he/she will receive prize money stated either in Chart A or Chart B, whichever is higher.&nbsp;</li><li>In the instance of an Indian elite availing of the higher prize money amount from Chart B, there will be no change in the overall finishing position of the said Indian elite runner; the overall finishing positions remain the same.</li><li>Time Bonus Rule: The time bonuses for Indian Elite finishers (men and women), as specified in Chart D(4) and D(5), shall be non-cumulative. A finisher shall be entitled only to the single highest applicable time bonus corresponding to their finish time. For example, an Indian Elite male finisher recording a finish time of less than 60 minutes shall be entitled to INR 2,50,000 only, subject to the applicable prize money rules.</li><li>Finish positions of the elite half marathon runners shall be basis gun time only.&nbsp;</li><li>Elite athletes must cross the start line within 30 seconds of gun start time to be eligible for timings, rankings and thereby prize money.</li><li>The finish cut-of timing for half marathon elite men is 70 minutes, and for elite women is 86 minutes.&nbsp;</li><li>In addition to the above, entitlement to finish positions and prize money winnings are also subject to–<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Bib tag timing captured across all timing points on the course, including at the start and finish mats,&nbsp;</li><li>Physical verification by technical officials and anti-cheat cameras, and&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Dope test results (applicable only for relevant elite marathon finishers).&nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>Half Marathon Event Record Bonuses and Jackpot:&nbsp;<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Bonus for overall elite half marathon winner [Chart C(1)] – The event record bonus will be for the overall half marathon elite winner finishing sub-58:53s (Men, 58:52s or faster) / sub-1:04:46s (Women, 1:04:45s or faster).</li><li>Bonus for Indian elite half marathon winner [Chart D(1)] – The bonus amount will be for the Indian elite half marathon winner finishing sub 1:00:30s (Men, 1:00:29s or faster) / sub 1:10:31s (Women, 1:10:30s or faster).&nbsp;</li><li>Jackpot for top Indian elite half marathon finishers [Chart E] – Top Indian elite half marathon finishers, including the Indian half marathon elite winner, finishing sub 1:00:30s (Men, 1:00:29s or faster) / sub 1:10:31s (Women, 1:10:30s or faster), shall stand to win the Jackpot divided equally amongst them.</li></ol></li><li>An elite athlete refusing, for reasons whatsoever, to undergo dope testing (where chosen) will be disqualified from this Event and shall not be allowed to participate in the subsequent edition of the Event. His/her finish position at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026 and consequent prize money entitlement shall stand disqualified and forfeited.</li><li>Athletes found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with others, will be disqualified from the competition. Such athletes shall not be entitled to any timing or prize money (where applicable).</li><li>Prize winners declared may be required to submit further proof of identity/age, as may be required by the Event Promoter, for disbursement of prize money, failing which the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, withhold disbursement or disqualify the said participant from competition.</li><li>By virtue of the 2026 Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon being a World Athletics Gold Label Road Race, an amount of 2% from the gross prize money (before applicable taxes) of top 8 overall finishers shall be deducted by the Event Promoter as elite athletes’ contribution to the anti-doping fund, from prize money disbursements made. This is in-line with the Terms &amp; Conditions of the 2026 Label Road Race Programme of the World Athletics.&nbsp;</li><li>Prize money and bonus winnings are subject to applicable Indian Income Tax Rules, and the same would be borne by the winner.</li><li>Indian Elite runners entitled to prize money given in Chart A, will receive prize money equivalent in Indian Rupees calculated at the applicable exchange rate as on date of disbursement.&nbsp;</li><li>Protests and Appeals:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>The athlete and/or his/her representative can appeal to the Technical Delegate in relation to the official race results declared, in writing, within 30 minutes of the official announcement of the results on race day. Results will be put up at the elite athlete tent.&nbsp;</li><li>The protest letter needs to be submitted to the Manager of the event’s Elite Athletes Management team.</li><li>Where the Technical Delegate makes a decision, the athlete and/or the representative has the right to appeal to the Jury of Appeal. An appeal to the Jury of Appeal must be made at the Elite Result Appeals Desk within 30 minutes – (i) of the official announcement of the amended result which has been arrived at from the decision by the Race Referee, or (ii) of informing the person lodging the protest that the results will not be amended.&nbsp;</li><li>The Jury of Appeal shall deliver its decision within 14 working days of filing the appeal. The decision of the Jury of Appeal shall be final and there shall be no further right of appeal.</li><li>The Protests and Appeals for the elite races will be guided by rules given in this document, and the World Athletics Competition Rules in force on race day (i.e. 18th October 2026).</li></ol></li></ol>

PRIDE (Procam Rewards for Indian Distance Elites)

<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Accommodation: Selected athletes will be provided with accommodation from 1 PM on 16th October 2026 to 11 AM on 18th October 2026.</li><li>Note – All athletes who are eligible for accommodation must check in to the hotel before 3 PM on 16th October 2026, no athlete will be allowed to check in beyond the given deadline.</li><li>All athletes will have to check out by 11 AM on 18th October 2026, failure in doing so will result in athletes being charged for an extra night for accommodation.</li><li>Meals:&nbsp; &nbsp;All meals during the duration of the stay will be provided to the athletes and the accompanying coaches.&nbsp;</li><li>Travel Support: Procam will arrange transportation between the place of stay and the race venue for all elite athletes.</li></ul>

Coaches’ Registration: Coaches who wish to accompany their athletes to the event must register alongside them. Only certified coaches with valid AFI UID Registration Number and bonafide credentials will be permitted, and acceptance is subject to approval by Procam International.Only a limited number of coaches will be permitted to accompany athletes at Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026.Coaches need not register separately. Instead, their registration is processed as part of the athlete's online application. The athlete's registration form will include a dedicated section to add the coach's details.A coach accompanying multiple athletes must register under only one of their athletes' registration forms.A security deposit of ₹4,000/- (Rupees Four Thousand only) will apply per coach, refundable post-event - subject to the coach attending the event along with their registered athlete(s).Only coaches with a valid certification in distance running from a recognized institution such as the National Institute of Sports (NIS) or the Indian Athletics (IA) will be permitted. These bonafide credentials must be submitted during the registration process for verification.All coach registrations are subject to approval by Procam International Pvt. Ltd. The event organizers reserve the right to review and accept or reject any application.Please ensure that all documentation is complete to avoid disqualification of your registration request.
