<h2>MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA</h2>Who Can Be a VDHM Star?<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Inductions<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Runners completing their&nbsp;15th Half Marathon at the 20th or subsequent editions&nbsp;will be inducted into the Club after verification.</li><li>They will receive confirmation for guaranteed entry into the next VDHM edition, subject to meeting cut-off timing and other criteria.</li></ul></li><li>Cut-Off Time<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>To qualify, runners completing their 15th Half Marathon in 2025 or later must finish within 3 hours and 30 minutes.</li></ul></li></ol>

<h2>TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS</h2><ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Confirmation &amp; Registration<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Runners will receive confirmation emails within&nbsp;60 days post-race on their registered email id.</li><li>No separate application is needed for Club entry.</li><li>All runners must register for future editions and pay entry fees as per standard rules.</li></ul></li><li>Information Consistency<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Name and Date of Birth&nbsp;must be consistent across all editions. Discrepancies may lead to disqualification.</li></ul></li><li>Non-Transferable Rewards<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Benefits are&nbsp;non-transferable&nbsp;and&nbsp;cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.</li></ul></li><li>Participation Format<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Rewards are applicable&nbsp;only to on-ground participants&nbsp;in the&nbsp;Half Marathon category. App-based or virtual participation is&nbsp;not eligible, with the&nbsp;sole exception of the 2020 edition, where virtual run completions will be considered, as the on-ground event was held exclusively for Elite Athletes due to the COVID-19 pandemic.</li></ul></li><li>Eligibility<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Only&nbsp;residents of India&nbsp;are eligible for despatch of rewards.</li><li>NRIs or foreign nationals&nbsp;may also avail rewards, but must provide a valid&nbsp;Indian address&nbsp;by writing to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:vdhmstars@procam.in">vdhmstars@procam.in</a></li></ul></li><li>Special Number Policy<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>The retention of the special running number is conditional on uninterrupted participation in the Marathon (21.097 km) race category.</li><li>If a runner discontinues participation, the allocated running number will be released.</li><li>In case the runner participates again in a future edition, they may request the same running number, which will be allotted only if it is available at that time.</li></ul></li><li>Club Policy Changes<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Procam reserves the right to modify the Club’s terms, conditions, benefits and policies from time to time.</li></ul></li><li>Final Decision<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>All decisions regarding eligibility and benefits rest with&nbsp;Procam International Pvt.
