WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BECOME A PROCAM SLAM (2024- 2025) CHAMPION?

To become a Procam Slam Champion (starting October 2024):

A runner needs to participate and complete the respective feature race in each of the 4 Procam Running events, starting October 2024.
To become a Procam Slam Champion, runner needs to complete the appended feature race categories within the defined finish time cut-off:

Half Marathon in under 3 hrs 30 mins@Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon
25K Run in under 3 hrs 45 mins @Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata
Marathon in under 6 hrs & 30 mins @Tata Mumbai Marathon
Open 10K in under 1 hr 25 mins @TCS World 10K Bengaluru

A runner can start his/her Procam Slam cycle by participating in any of the 4 Procam running events and running the subsequent three distance running events promoted by Procam.
For the Procam Slam Cycle to be deemed complete, the runner has to run the 4 consecutive races. Where any is/are missed, the Procam Slam Cycle will need to be reinitiated and the runner needs to once again run all 4 consecutive Procam running events without a break.
Procam slam will have 8 leaderboards* – (Male & Female):

Leaderboard (Mumbai – Kolkata cycle) For runners starting Procam Slam with 1st event being Tata Mumbai Marathon and finishing the cycle with 4th running event, Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata.
Leaderboard (Bengaluru- Mumbai cycle) – For runners starting Procam Slam with 1st event being TCS World 10K Bengaluru and finishing the cycle with 4th running event, Tata Mumbai Marathon.
Leaderboard (Delhi- Bengaluru cycle) For runners starting Procam Slam with 1st event being Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon and finishing the cycle with 4th running event, TCS World 10K Bengaluru.
Leaderboard (Kolkata- Delhi cycle) For runners starting Procam Slam with 1st event being Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata and finishing the cycle with 4th running event, Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon.
Each leaderboard will get updated with top 20 male and female finishers based on aggregate net finish times, post 21 working days of each race.

Special provision for runners attempting Procam slam and observing Karwa Chauth fast on Sunday, 20th October 2024
We understand the importance of your personal commitments and are pleased to offer a special provision as an exception to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to complete their Procam Slam Cycle in a manner that respects their love for our races and other commitments.
Procam Slammers who are observing Karwa Chauth fast and are unable to participate in the Half Marathon (on-ground) of the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2024, on Sunday 20th October 2024, will be allowed to run Half Marathon (Virtual) of Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2024 via VDHM app starting from 12th October 2024, 12:01 AM till 20th October 2024, 11:59 PM in order to complete Procam Slam cycle which is already started.
Terms and Conditions to avail this special provision:

Register for both the Half Marathon (on-ground) and Half Marathon (virtual) race categories using the same email id here
The above-mentioned special provision is only applicable once a request letter is received at email: procamslam@procam.in on or before 20th September 2024, 11:59 PM from the runner who has already started his/her Procam slam cycle.
The above provision applies to participants who have already started their Procam slam cycle and are observing Karwa Chauth fast on Sunday, 20th October. The above provision is not available to runners who are starting their new Procam Slam cycle with VDHM 2024.
Runners completing their Procam Slam cycle (TSK25K 2023 - VDHM 2024), under this special provision, will receive their physical Procam slam gratification via post within 8 weeks of completion of their last race and NOT on race day of their last race of the cycle.
Runners opting for this special provision will not be eligible for the prize money under Procam Slam Leaderboard.
Runners must complete the half marathon race category, using the VDHM App within the time band from Saturday, 12th October 2024, 12:01 am IST to Sunday, 20th October 2024, 11:59 pm IST without a break and complete the run under 3 hours 30 mins.
Runners performance at the half marathon virtual run of the VDHM 2024 edition only be considered for the Procam slam, subject to timing verification and timing cutoff of 3 hours 30 mins. Please note that the VDHM app flags timing performances where a race may not have been completed fully on foot, if that happens and in the absence of substantial documentary evidence to prove the timing performance recorded on the VDHM app, the timing performance may be considered null and void and will result in disqualification.
On the day of your Virtual run, share your pre and post-race photos at procamslam@procam.in , mentioning your Transaction ID, Name and registered email id on or before Sunday, 20th October, 11.59 pm. Also, attach the screenshot of your virtual half marathon completion timings, recorded on the VDHM app.
Gratification for your virtual race will be couriered to your registered postal address within 60 days of successfully completing the race.

Running Kit - One specially designed running kit consisting of a T-Shirt & a Cap bearing Procam Slam logo
Choose your special number- Runners completing the slam (all 4 events) will get to choose a running number, and that number will be blocked for them across all 4 races for a period of 4 years (subject to number availability)
Procam Slam Medal- Procam Slam medal to all the finishers who complete all 4 races successfully.
Commemorative Lapel Pin - Specially designed commemorative lapel pin with Procam Slam branding.
Procam Slam Digital Frame - Enjoy a complimentary race day photograph from each event, featuring the digital signature of the event ambassador.
Procam Slam Certificate- Specially designed certificate will be emailed.
Choose your special number- Finishers of the Procam Slam will have their special number running BIB, displaying the no. of Slams completed.
Entry Fees Waived Off- Entry fees waived off for any one of the Procam feature races held between 1st April and 31st March of the subsequent year.
Extended Registration Period- Extended registration period, for submission of application, to any of the Procam feature cares, upto three weeks before the race. This allowance to a runner is applicable within the 4 year period, from his/her last completed Procam Slam.
Leaderboard Winners - Leaderboard will be based on the aggregate net finish time of each runner. After the closure of each cycle, top 3 overall male and female runners in each leaderboard will be entitled for prize money as given below.

Terms and Conditions - Procam Slam

To be part of the Procam Slam, the runner needs to individually apply for the feature race categories of each of the four running events consecutively. The runner will need to fulfil the application rules and guidelines of each Event without any exception, including pay the required applicable entry fees. There is no separate registration required for the Procam Slam.
To be eligible for the Procam Slam, the runner should have fulfilled the appended qualification criteria drawn out by Procam for registering for the feature race of each Event.

Post necessary verifications, names of the successful finishers of each cycle of Procam Slam and top 3 overall male and female winners of each leaderboard cycle, will be announced between 8-10 weeks of completion of the following cycles.

Mumbai - Kolkata Cycle
Bengaluru - Mumbai Cycle
Delhi - Bengaluru Cycle
Kolkata - Delhi Cycle

The same shall be communicated to the finishers individually via email.

A runner’s Procam Slam cycle shall commence from the Event he/she first registers and finishes (feature race category only), w.e.f. 1st Oct 2024. It is clarified that the runner will not be eligible for more than one Procam Slam cycle, from their 1st event till the 4th consecutive event.
All the rewards mentioned above are applicable only to the winners and are not transferable, cannot be changed or redeemed for cash or credit or any other purpose.
Entry fees of successful Procam Slam finishers will be waived off for any one of Procam feature races, held within 12 months of last completed event of the Procam slam cycle.
A special running number picked by the runner completing the Procam Slam cycle will be reserved for the runner (subject to availability) for the next 4 years from completion of Procam Slam cycle. However, the runner is required to participate in and successfully complete the feature race of any one of Procam promoted distance running events, for the next 4 years. Where the runner does not run any one of the feature races of such Events during a said year, the reserved running number shall automatically stand released to Procam International.

Such runner will be required to again successfully complete Procam Slam cycle (participate and finish in feature races of all 4 events consecutively) before the completion of the 4th year, to reclaim the same special number for the next 4 years, subject to availability and subject to Procam Slam terms and conditions in force at such point in time.

Procam slam rewards and services are applicable for feature races only. Participation via event app will not be considered for Procam slam.
Only runners residing in India are eligible for the Procam slam rewards and services.
Procam reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the Procam Slam at any point in time. In the event of a reward being unavailable, Procam reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of equal or greater value. No requests for redemption for cash or kind shall be entertained.
The decision of Procam International on successful finishers of Procam Slam shall be final and binding on all.
Consistency of Registration Information: It is important to ensure that the name and date of birth provided during the registration process remain consistent across all four events. Any discrepancies in this information may result in ineligibility for the Procam Slam reward.
Announcement of Procam Slammers: The list of successful Procam Slammers for each cycle will be published within 30 days after the completion of the final race of the Procam Slam cycle. This list can be found on the website https://procam.in/procam-slam/
Query Regarding Inclusion: If, after completing the Procam Slam cycle, participants name does not appear in the list of successful Procam Slammers for the respective cycle, participant may contact us at procamslam@procam.in. This communication should be made within 30 days of completing the last race of the Procam Slam cycle with the necessary details regarding participation in all 4 races. Please note that we will not entertain any requests for inclusion in the Procam Slam cycle that are submitted after the 30-day timeframe from last race of the Procam Slam cycle.
