Bib Collection Information:

Running number bibs must be collected by all participants from the Mirchi Get Active Expo 2024 between 17th October to 19th October 2024.
Participants can choose their bib pick-up time slot. Overseas and outstation participants will have a slot preference on Saturday, 19th October 2024, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Book your slot here.

Documents Required for Bib Collection: a. Individual Participants:

Application confirmation (sent via email, WhatsApp, or accessible from your profile).
Government-approved photo ID proof.

b. Participant's Representative:

Application confirmation.
Government-approved photo ID proof of the runner and the representative.
Representatives must not collect for more than one participant.

c. Group Collection:

Group confirmation email.
Printed, signed letter on NGO/company letterhead authorizing the representative/s.
Government-approved photo ID proof of the representative.

Important Notes:

No running number bibs will be mailed.
Bibs will not be issued after 5 PM on Saturday, 19th October 2024.
